Accurate Accounting Solutions CC was founded and incorporated in Namibia in May 2015. The registration number is CC/2015/06307. The company specializes in bookkeeping and accounting, tax advisory, business and corporate training services, business consultancy and other financial services. Accurate Accounting Solutions operates under the leadership of Ms. Rothine Chigwedere. She has a vast knowledge in accounting, taxation and business administration. Rothine Chigwedere joined this industry in 1997 soon after graduating from the University. She has held different positions since then, with vast experience in consultancy. She is passionate about business growth, which is her drive to ensure proper financial and business management for all her clients. The team is well motivated and ready to serve. We take pride in pragmatic, hands-on assistance for all our clients that have come to expect the delivery of a top class service; coupled with the highest standard of integrity, quality and transparency.

Our Services

Boookkeeping & Accounting

We prepare from various source documents such as customer invoices, supplier invoices and bank statements a full set of management accounts on a regular monthly basis. Once all source documents have been captured, we will furnish financial reports to the client for their perusal.

Cash Flow Forecasting

We take pride in assisting our clients to forecast their cash flows to permit business growth and expansion. We prepare cash flow forecasts that are acceptable for financing, partnerships and other needs.

Company Registration

We offer affordable and professional Company Registration in Namibia. In Namibia, business usually takes on one of the following forms: Individual sole trader, Partnership, Close Corporation, Proprietary Company, Public Company.
